Delivery times we give you are estimates only. Custom or commissioned artwork may take longer; estimated timelines will be provided upon order confirmation. We use reputable shipping carriers, and tracking information will be provided where applicable. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processes. Please reach out to us before placing your order if it is time sensitive.​ 

We post all deliveries to the address you provide us with, so check your order dispatch email to ensure that the address is the right one. Murphy's Artistry accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

We ship WORLDWIDE! Please note that a shipment can take up to 30 business days to be delivered once shipped.

5. GST and Taxes

Prices listed on our Website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) [if applicable]. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

6. Cancellations

All of our limited prints are made to order, i.e. are not a re-stockable item and therefore we do not offer refunds or returns for prints. Custom or commissioned orders cannot be canceled once work has begun. Murphy's Artistry shall not accept a cancellation of an order for change of mind.

7. Returns and Replacements

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. In the case of damage, we will assess whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate. Refunds will only be processed in cases where a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
