Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Murphy's Artistry. We take great care in packaging and shipping our artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Please read our shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery estimates, and handling of lost or damaged items.

 

1. Processing Times

  • Commissioned Artworks: Processing time varies depending on the complexity of the piece. Estimated timeframes will be provided upon order confirmation.

  • Limited Edition Prints & Original Paintings: Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days before shipping.

  • Custom Framing: If framing is requested, additional processing time of 1-2 weeks may be required.

 

2. Shipping within Australia

We use reputable couriers such as Australia Post or DHL for domestic deliveries. Estimated delivery times: Metro areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide): 3-7 business days. Regional areas: 5-10 business days. Remote areas: 7-14 business days. All orders include tracking, and a shipping confirmation email will be sent once dispatched.

 

3. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations. International orders are sent via Australia Post International, DHL, or FedEx. Estimated international delivery times: New Zealand: 7-14 business days. USA & Canada: 10-21 business days. UK & Europe: 10-25 business days. Asia & Rest of the World: 10-30 business days. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing.

 

4. Packaging:

  • Limited Prints: Shipped in protective tubes or rigid mailers to prevent damage.

  • Original Paintings: Carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and packaged securely in a sturdy box.

  • Large or Fragile Artworks: May require special packaging or a custom courier service, which will be arranged upon purchase.

 

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information provided. If the parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements for lost shipments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at natasha@murphysartistry.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. We will assess the damage and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement (for prints) or a partial refund. Original paintings and commissions are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced. In such cases, we will discuss alternative solutions with you.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order is incorrect or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a resolution.

 

8. Shipping Costs
