At Murphy's Artistry, we take great care in creating and delivering high-quality artwork. Please read our refund policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from our Website (murphysartistry.com).
1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please carefully review product details, dimensions, and images before purchasing. If you have any questions about an artwork, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will assess whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate. To be eligible for a refund: You must contact us at natasha@murphysartistry.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. If a return is required, the item must be sent back in its original packaging. We will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include: A replacement (for prints or non-unique items). A partial refund if minor damage is repairable. A full refund if the item is irreparably damaged and a replacement is not available.
3. Custom and Commissioned Artwork
Due to the time and effort involved in creating custom and commissioned pieces, we do not offer refunds on these orders unless the artwork arrives damaged. If a commission is canceled before work begins, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Once work has started, no refunds will be provided.
4. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is delayed, please check the tracking details provided. If an order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier. Refunds or replacements for lost items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is required due to damage or a mistake on our part, we will cover return shipping costs. If returning an item for another reason (subject to our approval), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing Time
