Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of artwork do you offer?
I offer original paintings, limited editions prints and custom commission work. My art is inspired by abstract naturalism and each piece is crafted with high quality materials.
How do you accept payments?
I only accept payments through paypal. This is to keep both you and I safe and secure from any potential online scams and fraudulent sales.
Where do you ship to?
I am located in Australia but will happily ship anywhere world-wide. Please note, shipping is an additional cost which will be discussed during the purchase process or commission consultation.
How long will it take for you to complete my painting?
This depends on a number of factors including size, complexity and my current workload. On average, commissions take 4-8 weeks to complete. If you need it by a specific date, please let me know in advance.
What is a limited print?
Limited prints are original artworks I have had scanned and printed for sale. I only ever have a limited number created, so once they are sold out, there will be no more printed. Each print is numbered and signed by the artist, and sent with an authentication certificate.
Do your artworks come framed?
Artworks can be framed if requested. This is an additional cost and will be discussed during the purchase process or commission consultation.
I would like to commission a piece of art but don't know where to start?
Contact me and tell me your thoughts and ideas for your commission piece. If it aligns with my artistic style then I will help guide you through the process of ordering a commissioned piece of work.
Is the consultation necessary?
Yes! The FREE consultation is a mandatory part of my process. It ensures that I understand the work you are after, as well as safe guards me against any potential online scammers. Consultations are generally done over video call on either whatsapp or messenger.
Why is art so expensive?
The price of art reflects more than just the materials used - it includes the time, skill and creativity of the artist. Each piece is unique and often takes hours, days or even weeks to complete. Adittionally, costs such as high-quality materials, framing, and shipping contribute to the final prices. Having said that, I am passionate about making my artwork accessable to all and I do endevour to keep my art pieces as affordable as possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of artwork, all sales are final. However, if your piece arrived damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
How should I care for my artwork?
To ensure the longevity of your artwork, keep it out of direct sunlight, avoid exposure to high humidity. Dust it gently with a soft cloth. If your painting is on canvas, framing is optional but can provide extra protection.
Can I share you artwork on social media?
I love when people share my work! Please tag me and give credit when posting. However, my artwork cannot be used for commercial purposes or reproduced without permission.
